Sara is a Masters trained Counsellor and Drama Therapist specialising in IFS for relational trauma. She works with both adults and children.
“I delight in being with people enjoying each other whilst also relishing long periods of quiet solitude. Like many, my early life was not an easy journey. Over the years I have learnt, reclaimed and celebrated piece by piece; being on a quest to harvest freedom, love, joy, self-expression and connection. Through this “gift” of a healers journey, I have developed a growing, sensitivity, openness, wonder and curiosity of what is possible for myself and others. “ - Sara 2025
